Slow Times at Some Las Vegas Strip Clubs

pole-dancer-thumbOver the past few years, the slow economy has been difficult for the tourism industry in Las Vegas, and the gentlemen’s clubs are no exception.  Many of the  clubs are trying different marketing strategies to get customers in the door. Our dancer contacts at Olympic Garden have relayed that business is slow. That, even on weekend nights, there are more more dancers than custorers.

Here are some of the efforts being put forth by the clubs to attract and keep customers at the clubs.

Las Vegas strip clubs offer discounts in sour economy

Some, such as Cheetah’s, will give you two-for-one lap dances every afternoon.

Others, like the Can Can Room and Crazy Horse III, halve the price of a lap dance that usually costs $20 for three to 4½ minutes at an all-nude club or two minutes at a topless joint.

And if the prospect of a nude woman writhing a few millimeters from you isn’t enough to get your business, how about a nice brisket?

Treasures lays out a free buffet, featuring brisket, pizza, bratwurst and Italian sausage to entice customers during the early evening hours, when business typically is slow.

Most of the clubs now offer free transportation to the club and free entry. Other gentlemen’s clubs, like Sapphire, offer a little more to sweeten the deal.  If you book a visit to Sapphire through this link, along with the free transportation and entry, you also get a free round of drinks. Considering the cost of drinks at the gentlemen’s clubs, a free round is a nice addition.
Sapphire is also going through some improvements to entice customers to the club.

A Vegas strip club unveils plans for a new adult pool

The Sapphire strip club, which bills itself as the largest in the world, has just announced plans for an adults-only pool, built next to the club on Industrial Road. It’ll be a pool complex with cabanas and DJ, due to open this spring at an as yet-undisclosed date, according to a press release.

Unfortunately the crisis is in every business. That is the sad true and I hope it will be over soon so we can have fun at the clubs.
